MatchCraft, Inc. has employed the services of Drona for product development and outsourced support for more than a year. We have been very pleased with the high degree of professional care, and attention to detail, that the Drona programmers have exhibited throughout the course of our business relationship.
We currently contract a team of engineers for the purposes of new functionality development and data management. The majority of the software code we employ is Java based, and we use Oracle and Object Store technology to maintain our databases. The Drona team has been very flexible in learning our code, and in applying that knowledge to new functionality requirements. Indeed, the team at Drona has shown a level of aptitude that has allowed us to achieve remarkable progress with minimal ongoing management coming from MatchCraft, Inc.
In addition to product development and data management, we have been able to commission Drona successfully with other parts of our organization such as Marketing and Customer Support. We currently have a marketing team performing lead generation, and making initial contact with potential customers. Also, our MatchCraft customer support division employs a team at Drona to aid in account management and new account integrations. The combination of the engineering team's knowledge of our system with their
ability to mobilize additional resources
has enabled us to train and deploy the Marketing and Customer Support teams relatively quickly and easily.
Overall, we have found our relationship with Drona to be beneficial and highly productive.
