This is a tool to effectively manage many projects that are going on simultaneously in an organization. This tool has features to track details specific to each person, period, project and also as a whole.

Some of the features for this project are...

•	This will keep the details of the projects completed, the ongoing ones and those that have not yet started.
•	This will contain details such as the project title and a brief description of projects completed along with the status of the ongoing projects and the projects to be started.
•	It also contains the details of the personnel who have handled the project both in the development side and in the client side.
•	The duration of the project to get completed will be recorded and the man-hours taken to complete the same, giving the time taken for each process separately.
•	The man-hour taken for the projects will be entered daily for each person.
•	And the monthly summary of man-hours for each person/project could be obtained.
•	For the ongoing projects the expected time of completion of the project and the time specified by the client for that and the probable date of starting the pending projects will be recorded.
