Overview

All projects adhere to Drona Soft's Project Development Guidelines (PDG). In situations where the customer's procedures are required to be followed, the organization's process is tailored to evolve project-specific processes.

A copy of the project-specific process is sent to the customer as a contractual deliverable, if requested. The customer is however, always informed about the planned effort, schedule, man hours involved, deliverables and other milestones based on the original specs and any subsequent revision. The reporting and review procedures on projects are based on the guidelines for project tracking as outlined in the Project Management Process.

A proper documentation of all the processes is a definite requirement for the execution of the project. The creation of a Request For Proposal (RFP) document, Specification, Timelines and Project Release & Sign Off forms are steps in this direction. Drona's contracts for projects vary from a time and material based one to a fixed-price one or a multiple fixed-price based one
