Review Management
The Project Manager will schedule, execute and document technical reviews. The customer will receive a copy of the Invitation to the Formal Technical Review (FTR). The customer may then request copies of the material to be reviewed and may send the project representative to the review, if and when required.
The Project Manager will hold a formal project review every two weeks. In addition, unscheduled project reviews will be held whenever the need arises. The participants of the project review will be the:

Project Manager

Project Technical Leader
•
Team Leaders
•
Customer Representative
These reviews will tabulate and analyze the information available on the current status of the project. The Project Status Report and Action Item List generated will be reviewed in the next project review.
