Specification Tracking
At the very commencement of the project, a Spec tracking Group (STG) is nominated as the authority for approving, deferring, or rejecting any changes to the software to be developed. This board will include, as a minimum, the customer project representative and Drona's Project Manager, who is normally the Chairperson of STG.
A project being developed at the center undergoes the following phases

Request for Specification Update (RSU) forms are used to initiate changes to an ongoing project. The customer submits an RSU form & the STG then approves the modified specifications and design. In the current fast paced world, the need for simultaneous development and design modifications are met by following a total dynamic development Process where the development and design modifications go hand in hand.
